This website is administered by FAS. For the purposes of this document, the term "this website" refers to the First Aid Supplies Pte Ltd website at www.firstaid.com.sg.

First Aid Kit Contents
All first aid outfits and their refills are sold as systems. Therefore, we are unable to breakdown the pricing for each component. Individual items available for sale separately are displayed in their respective sections in this website. You can use the search field on the top right corner of this website to find them.
Contents of first aid kits may vary from the images shown on this website. Images are provided solely for illustrative purposes and FAS makes no claim to their accurate representation of the actual items in the kits. FAS reserves the right to add, remove or substitute any item in a kit depending on stock availability.
Products & Orders
Images of our products featured on this website are strictly for illustrative purpose only and actual products received may vary from visual representations available on our website. Colour of products may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to studio lighting conditions or variances in computer screen calibration. FAS reserves the right to substitute any product with another item of a similar function and value depending on stock availability.
FAS reserves the right, without notice, to modify the descriptions, prices, and images of the products carried on this website at anytime and limit the quantities of any product offered. All orders are subject to stock availability and acceptance by FAS. In exceptional circumstances where we may need to cancel your order after we have sent you an order confirmation and you have made payment for your order, the amount paid by you will be fully refunded to you. FAS will not be liable to you or any other third party by reason of our withdrawal of any product from this website (whether it has been sold or not), removal or editing of materials or contents on this website, or refusal to process or accept any order.
Self-Collection
Self-collection is available in Singapore, strictly at our place of business, during our operating hours. Please wait to be notified by us before visiting the store. Customers who opt to self-collection must produce a valid email notification to allow collection. All orders will be kept in our store for 30 days from the date of purchase. Thereafter, FAS resumes ownership of the items and reserves the right of disposal. Payment received for items will be withheld as damages for the breach of contractual terms.
Exchanges and Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we will only accept exchanges and returns of items with manufacturing defect within 5 working days from the date of purchase. Exchanges and returns requests for items without accompany invoice or are defective due to misuse/mishandling will not be entertained. If you believe you have received a defective item, you may email us with your order reference, invoice as well as photographs and description of the defect. All exchanges and returns will take place at 1 Jalan Kledek Singapore 199257 or any other location designated by FAS during our operating hours. If you exchange or return any item that does not meet the requirements for exchanges and returns set out above, FAS reserves the right to reject the exchange, return and any requests for refund. All approved exchanges are on a strict one-to-one basis, subject to FAS' discretion.
Copyright
